Visual Documents: Your vision is drawn out to ensure it's at the forefront of the overall design. For example, floor plans, elevations and 3d renderings are created to aid in the visualization. Thus, ensuring clarity and cohesion for all parties involved.
Skillful Floor/Space Planning Documents: To capture your complete vision, I take a meticulous approach to ensure your space functions to your needs. For example, lighting and electrical plans are created to ensure every inch of your space is evaluated and designed to serve your purpose.
Furnishing Selections: I specialize creating spaces that resonate with your personal style, or aesthetic as a business. This includes sourcing unique furniture pieces, selecting durable fabrics, and adding the finishing touches like drapery, pillows, and other assures to bring your vision to life.
Interior Construction Design and Project Management: I remove the guesswork from construction (Yes, all the hair pulling). With detailed instructions and vigilant project management, I ensure a seamless transition from the blueprint to the outcome. I work with a team of “like-minded trade professionals”. We all focus on ensuring that the space is functional with cutting-edge design.
Staging & Styling: This is where the magic happens. I elevate your space, enhancing its aesthetics without compromising its essence, ensuring it’s both functional and magazine-worthy.
Residential Services
1) Full Service (or turn-key design): DYV manages your project from the initial concept all the way through to completion. This includes all Visual Documents, Skillful Floor/Space Planning, Furnishing Selections as well as Interior Construction Documents. Custom Selections are presented for furniture, millwork, and casework. All sourcing of furnishings and materials is done via “To the Trade”. Procuring merchandise on your behalf, tracking open orders, reporting status updates to you weekly, coordinating installations and deliveries, overseeing installations/deliveries, and managing trades to execute the final design. This service also includes professional styling as a service. This is an extra touch in which I make your home feel complete through accessorizing. I add those special touches to add pop and bring your vision to life.
2) High End Service Design: DYV helps to give you direction on design and selections. Visual Documents, Skillful Floor/Space Planning, and Furnishing Selections are provided. All sourcing of furnishings and materials is done via retail. Clients do have the ability under this option to add on additional resources. DYV, will provide follow up weekly meetings to address any concerns and to help keep the project moving forward.
3) Modified Design: DYV Provides this service to our “Do It Yourself” clients. “We all need some help or assistance getting started, show me the way I can do the rest”. Need direction help just getting started to see if you can do this yourself or if you need assistance this is a service that is for you. All Visual Documents are provided, and all sourcing of furnishings and materials is done via retail. There are no Optional Add On(s) for this service.
4) E-Design: E-design is just another way of saying “Online Interior Design”. DYV works with you online – typically via Zoom, email, and a few phone calls. This is a quicker process and is best suited for people who want help choosing items for their home but are okay doing the purchasing and installing themselves.
